After talking to customers, and testing different available memory products in the market, we found that nothing can really match the emotional impact of a video story where the storyteller is accompanied by an experienced interviewer. Plus, it's much easier to watch and share! If you feel strongly about not including video in your story we're also happy to provide an audio-first service at a reduced price.

Yes. We won't share your recordings with anyone without your consent. All our interviewers sign confidentiality agreements. We also do our best to minimize the number of people needed to post-process your story. Any content you create available to download or delete so you can always take your interview videos and store them elsewhere.

Quilt is available across all platforms! Our video chats start from a link in an email or Whatsapp and the video pops right up no additional installs.

Yes, if you are interested in submitting additional content to be included with your Archive video we can forward it to the editor along with the recordings for processing.

Yes. You'll also have the option to choose to exlcude content based on a transcript of the recordings after each session.

Partial refunds are available after you've completed the first recording session. We'll refund your purchase minus $150 and a 3% credit card transaction fee to cover the cost of our storytelling partner and of returning your money. Completed interview projects cannot be refunded.

About a month and a half. Depending on interviewee availability interviews can usually be completed within a month. Edits take a week from interview completion.
